Order timing
Platters are built by hand for a specific order, so we need at least two days’ notice. Large event packages need three. That time goes on sourcing the ingredients and assembling the boards.
Delivery windows
Pick a window at checkout. If the platter is needed at an exact time, say so in the notes and we will work around it.

Storing and serving
Delivered in a cool bag, sealed and ready to serve. Keep refrigerated at +2…+6 °C until serving, then take it out 20 minutes ahead — that is when the cheese and meat open up.
We take orders every day until 20:00 · 050-000-0000
